Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations

1.1. Domestic Shipping: We offer shipping within Australia. 1.2. International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

2.1. Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and destination. 2.2. Delivery Times: We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Queensland: 1-3 business days
  • Other States: 3-7 business days

3. Order Processing

3.1. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. 3.2. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking information if applicable.

4. Tracking Your Order

4.1. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. 4.2. You can track your order through the shipping carrier's website using the provided tracking number.

5. Shipping Issues

5.1. If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged during shipping, please contact us at contact@praeacollective.com for assistance. 5.2. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

1.1 Because we sell personal care products, we do not accept returns. However, at PRAEA Collective, we are dedicated to your satisfaction with our 100% Happiness Guarantee. If you aren't fully satisfied with your experience or our products, please contact us at contact@praeacollective.com, so we can work to resolve your problem(s) and/or issue a full refund. Refunds will only be issued within 30 days of purchase.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@praeacollective.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and are committed to finding a satisfactory solution.

2. Refunds

2.1. Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the status of your refund. 2.2. If your refund is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. 2.3. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

3.1. We do not offer direct exchanges. 

4. Damaged or Defective Items

4.1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at contact@praeacollective.com within 7 days of receiving your order. 5.2. We will provide a replacement or refund for any damaged or defective items at no additional cost to you.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

5.1. If you don't love our product, you can return it for a full refund of the purchase cost, minus shipping. 5.2. The product must be returned to us within 30 days of the purchase date, and the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
